Artist Ed Chapman said: "I'm so proud to be involved in Sound & Vision, raising money for Stand Up To Cancer's incredibly vital work that gets new and better treatments to patients sooner. This project has been an exceptionally exciting one for me; to create a portrait of David Bowie in his iconic Ziggy Stardust persona has been an honour. I am delighted with the effect records and CDs can create. I hope this goes to a happy home and raises lots of money."
American singer-songwriter Anastacia said: "After beating breast cancer twice, I'm really passionate to do as much as I can to raise money for research that will save lives. I'm honoured to be a part of Sound & Vision and I can't wait to entertain and bring people together to raise money for Stand Up To Cancer."
David Stark commented, "A lot of people have been working very hard for the past few months to ensure that this will be a spectacular night of fund raising for a most deserving cause. The music world has seen too many stars & others succumbing to cancer in the past year, most notably David Bowie and songwriter Rod Temperton, so it's important to keep raising awareness that funds like SU2C are having a massive and positive effect in helping thousands to confront the disease in all its forms."
Stand Up To Cancer is a joint national fundraising campaign from Cancer Research UK and Channel 4. Launched in the UK in 2012, more than £38 million has been raised in the UK, supporting more than 30 clinical trials and projects.
