ADELE LEADS IVORS NOMINATIONS LIST

LONDON, April 17th: Pop sensation Adele leads the list of nominations for the 57th Ivor Novello Awards, which will be held in London on May 17th. 'Rolling In The Deep' was nominated for Best Song Musically and Lyrically, while her album '21' is in the running for Best Album. She is also nominated for the most performed track of 2011 with two out of three songs - 'Rolling In The Deep' and 'Someone Like You' making the list. For the first time ever, there is an all-female shortlist for the Best Album award with Kate Bush's '50 Words For Snow' and PJ Harvey's Mercury Prize-winning 'Let England Shake' in the running along with Adele. The nominations were announced at the Ivy Club by Paul Gambaccini, who will be hosting the event for the 25th time.
